Laura joined Capital Wealth Management in January 2022 and serves as the firm’s Managing Director of Operations & Administration. With over a decade of diverse professional experience spanning operations, administration, and people management, she brings a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to the organization.
Working closely alongside Founder & CEO Lee Duckworth, Laura oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, administration, human resources, payroll, and internal infrastructure. She plays a key role in supporting organizational efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and the continued growth of the firm.
Known for her strong communication, operational leadership, and ability to bring structure to complex initiatives, Laura is passionate about creating streamlined processes and fostering a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.

Laura and her husband, Brandon, reside in Massachusetts with their young children, Ellis and Sylvie, and their two spirited pups, Koda and Kenai. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her family, baking, reading, and creating meaningful memories with those closest to her. A self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, she also considers running errands one of her favorite pastimes and can rarely resist a trip to HomeGoods in search of her next great find.
