Laura joined the team at Capital Wealth Management as the Executive Operations Partner in January of 2022. She has a diverse professional background that spans for over a decade. With this history brings unique skills in communication, organization, project management, time management and bookkeeping as well as providing fresh perspectives to each. There is never a dull day in Laura’s office; she works alongside Lee Duckworth and manages the firm’s administration, HR, payroll, and operational needs.

Laura and her husband Brandon, who works in public safety operations in the healthcare sector, reside in MA with their children Ellis and Sylvie, along their beloved (and quirky!) dog, Tater. In her spare time, Laura likes to spend time with her young family making memories, baking, and reading.
